OMG. Is it possible to love walking up and down a staircase? Because I do!

My husband has been working on this for weeks…I gave him a little time off over Christmas break. It was the holidays, so it was my gift to him. ha ha ha?

The foyer/staircase isn’t done yet…we still have to put a cap on the molding, (and pick one out, for that matter!), paint the quarter round, refinish the banister and made a decision on that hideous carpet on the stairs. The entire house is carpeted in that PINK carpet. The carpet looked beigey-pink until we started painting the walls white. Yes…the carpet is definitely pink!
